MiD supports Boots Healthcare Deutschland GmbH with direct marketing activities in the distribution of its care series Balneum and Clearasil. In each case specific target groups are efficiently addressed after telephone address selection and verification by personalized mailings with product samples and follow-up actions. Competence hotlines for users and the trade public round off the successful dialogue marketing measures.

With an active, cold acquisition of medium-sized companies by telephone, MiD increased the market share of VIAG Interkom AG (today O2) in the business customer segment. MiD was involved in the entire process of acquiring new customers – from the first contact, to the conclusion of the contract, to the delivery of the mobile devices.

On the occasion of a product launch, MiD carried out a successful call mail call campaign for Siemens Gebäudemanagement GmbH to acquire new customers in the area of facility management. Additionally, MiD organized the field service appointments and maintained the customer’s contact database.

MiD accompanied the merger of the individual companies of the DG entrepreneurial partners into DG Bank with dialogue-oriented communication measures and an acceptance study. For this purpose, board members and managing directors of current customers of the DG entrepreneurial partners were contacted.
